Built in 1997, Fairy Bay Guest House is situated on two acres of land with over 230 ft of sand shoreline offering canoeing, fishing, swimming… in short, relaxation and with a truly “Muskoka cottage” feel.

We have incorporated many special features designed to improve your comfort and to be environmentally friendly. These include: Low E, argon-filled windows Individual climate control (heating, cooling, circulating fan) for each bedroom, Sun-screening blinds, Smoke and CO detectors, Monitored fire protection system, Processed municipal water, Hot water heated floor in the lounge, Extra insulation and sound proofing throughout.

Hummingbird Room

This elegant, romantic room features a King-sized brass bed, comfortable arm chair, charming antique furnishings and two large windows overlooking a stand of evergreens, maple and birch and give a lovely view of the lake. The luxurious bathroom has a huge white double whirlpool bath with a hand-held shower.

Sparrow Room

This large elegant room features a Queen-size bed with an antique Canadian oak headboard, overstuffed armchair, antique desk and a large bay window looking over the sandy beach and bay to the lake. Spacious three piece bathroom with shower.

Sandpiper Room

This charming room features a Queen-size bed, comfortable wing back chair, cottage pine furnishings and two large windows with an expansive panorama of the manicured grounds, and bay to the lake. Spacious three piece bathroom with shower.

Chickadee Room

This spacious room features two Queen-size beds, perfect for a family or a getaway weekend with friends. Two large windows offer a lovely view of the grounds, gardens and the sparkling waters of the bay. Spacious three piece bathroom with shower.

Meadowlark Room

This cheerful room features a Queen-size bed with an oak Mission-style headboard, comfortable armchair, and two large windows overlooking a bank of colourful shrubs and trees, a perennial garden and the quiet bay. The large three piece bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Cardinal Room

This family size room features a Queen-size bed and double pull-out couch, two large windows offer a wonderful view over the lawns to the perennial gardens and the quiet bay. The large three piece bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

All accommodations include parking and complimentary breakfast along with afternoon refreshments, full use of our waterfront including peddle boat, row boat, canoes, kayaks and a sandy beach.
